Work depends on school opportunities and a qualified match. No assignment or number of days is guaranteed.

WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES

Prepared. Independent. Student-focused.

Plan standards-aligned instruction, bring ordinary professional materials, teach groups of no more than seven, and use evidence to guide the next lesson.

Schedules are customized to each school and often include five 45-minute rotations. Daily reports are due within 24 hours. Eligible days and accepted invoice documentation are reconciled monthly.

What we need to know

Tell us the grade bands, content, and student needs where your instruction is strongest. We are looking for the work you can deliver with confidence and consistency.

What happens next

HEA reviews your experience and availability.
Selected candidates discuss instruction, review a work sample, and provide references.
School matching and required clearance follow only when an opportunity exists.

Submitting this form is an expression of interest, not an offer or assignment approval.

Before you start

Allow about 15–20 minutes. Have an experience summary and your school-day availability ready. You may provide references later.
